Friday 28th September, 2018-Four women who were involved in a fight on Tuesday with a Cedar Grove woman were granted bail today.
Dalianne Richardson, Shanique Drew, Larsheka Grey and Shimmea Welch are charged with wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
The quartet had to pay a cash deposit of $1,500 of the $4,000 bail sum with two sureties.
According to the details of the case, the women were involved in a fight with the 20-year-old victim during which she was stabbed multiple times about the body with broken bottles.
The young woman reportedly sustained stab wounds to her head, breast, neck and both hands. She was transported to Mount St. John’s Medical Centre (MSJMC), where she was treated and later discharged.
The four women are residents of Cooks Hill.
They were ordered to surrender their travel documents. They are also required to report to Gray’s Farm Police Station every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday between 6 am and 6pm.
Additionally, they have been warned to stay 50 feet away from the victim and not to interfere with her directly or indirectly.
They will make their first appearance in the All Saints Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
