Pigotts Primary and AGHS Win Panorma Competitions

Tuesday 30th October, 2018-Antigua Girls’ High and Pigotts Primary Schools emerged winners in the National Junior Panorama Competition held last evening.

In the primary competition, Pigotts primary dethroned reigning champs Villa Primary to claim the 2018 title, while in the secondary competition, Clare Hall Secondary failed to hold on to the top position as reigning champs. They were outplayed by Antigua Girls’ High, whose rendition of Steel Pan War received the judges’ nod for the winning spot.

Reaction to last evening’s competitions held at the Antigua Recreation Ground has been positive, including the organizers’ abilities to wrap up the show just around 10pm.

Five schools competed in the primary competition and seven in the secondary division.
