221

Thursday 10th January, 2019-The Henley Passport Index has ranked Antigua and Barbuda’s Passport at 28th in the world in its 2019 global ranking.

It has dropped one place in the ranking after holding the 27th position in 2018.

The Antiguan and Barbuda Passport allows access to 150 destinations around the world.

The Henley Passport Index is the most rigorous and sophisticated measure of global access. It goes beyond a simple ranking of passports to provide an in-depth picture of travel freedom, including which countries can be accessed with what type of visa, how the passport has changed over the last 14 years and how passports compare to other passports among others.

The Henley Passport Index is the only passport index that is based on IATA data, enhanced by extensive in-house research, supported by expert commentary, and updated regularly throughout the year, making it the most robust, credible, and reliable index of its kind.
