More Atlantic Rowers Crossing the Finish Line

Wednesday 13th February, 2019-The Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Rowing Challenge continues to welcome participants into Antigua.

The second solo rower crossed the finish line today in Nelson’s Dockyard, English Harbour.

Tim Crockett arrived after rowing the Atlantic Ocean in a time of 63 days, 2 hours and 32 minutes.

He spoke of his experience shortly after arriving today.

Also today, Grandads of the Atlantic  , Neil Young (61) and Peter ketley (62), set a new world record as the oldest pair to row any ocean in the 2018 Talisker Whisky Atlantic Rowing Challenge. They made it over the finish after rowing for 63 days and 22 minutes.
